So I told Amazon that I didn't like their answer to my question via clicking a link in the email they sent me. The page apologized and asked me to give them another chance. They offered to call me or email me. I asked them to call.So their system calls me and says it's too busy and I should look for stuff in "Your Account". OMG. Pathetic. I will no longer use Amazon's services if this is the best they can do.
